Our genius hour project
For the next 12 weeks we chose to cook simple and healthy meals that can be made in a short amount of time. These meals can be based on any food category, but must have the recommended nutrition from each food group. We will be working together to improve our cooking ability and our knowledge of how to make better food for ourselves and others. We are also going to try and improve the time it takes to make these meals by getting faster every week.
